The business started with the indenting of textile raw materials like wool, nylon, polyester, viscose, cotton, exotic fibres, various spun and filament yarns from world over and suppliying to major corporates in India. Group Companies

M/s.Tristar Trading Company is in the business of trading of fibres and yarns in the local Indian market. The raw cottons are purchased locally from Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Gujrat, Punjab, Karnataka, M.P, Orissa and sold to textile mills in Tamil nadu, Maharashtra and Karnataka.

The company is also into manufacturing and has a spinning unit by the name of Tricott Mills Ltd. with 23,000 spindles on cotton and poly viscose yarns in the count range of Ne 16/1 to Ne 30/1.

We have job conversion alliances with various companies like Sakthi Textile Mills Ltd with 55,000 spindles on fine count cotton yarns, Girish Cottex Ltd with 800 rotot for open end cotton yarns fron Ne 6/1 to Ne 16/1 . Other manufacturing alliances are on order basis.

Group is coming up with fully integrated spinning units for synthetics and polyster/wool yarn. The company is geared to expand in the existing markets and to venture in the Middle East, Far East and African markets. The company has a strict quality management system to ensure compliance with the international quality standards.

Warehousing

The company has manufacturing alliances with most reputed textile mills of India . It has a large warehouse at Bhiwandi near Mumbai (The main sea port of India) where stuffing of containers with mixed counts can be carried out thereby enabling the customer to take various counts in one container . The head office of the company is located 3 kms from the internationoal airport at Mumbai.

The company has a vision to be present across the entire textile value chain.and plans to install a state of the art export oriented cotton yarn spinning unit by 2010 .
